Return & Warranty Policy - It Canada Services
1. Return Period & Eligibility
Most technology products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the invoice date. This period applies to buyer's remorse or non-defective items.
The product must be in its original, resalable condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and software. An original invoice is required.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
2. 3-Month Warranty & Defective Products
Products are covered by a 90-day (3-month) limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
If a product is found to be defective due to a factory issue within this 90-day period, customers are eligible for an exchange or repair.
Products damaged due to user mishandling, misuse, or improper operation are not covered by this warranty and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
For a return within the 15-day period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment account.
For a defective product identified within the 90-day warranty period, an exchange for the same or equivalent item will be processed. If a refund is applicable for a defective item, it will also be returned to the original payment method.
The company reserves the right to inspect all returned items to determine the cause of any issue before processing a warranty claim.
